Welcome to our sparkling wine tasting class with local sommelier, Katherine Haswell! Join us as we explore the world of sparkling wine and learn about the different production methods, regions, and styles. Katherine will guide you through a selection of sparkling wines, teaching you how to taste, assess, and appreciate the nuances of each wine.
During the class, you’ll have the opportunity to sample a range of sparkling wines. You’ll learn about the history and tradition of sparkling wine production, as well as the various factors that contribute to the flavor and character of each wine.
Whether you’re a seasoned wine connoisseur or a sparkling wine novice, this class is sure to be a fun and educational experience. So come join us and raise a glass to the bubbles!
