The Camellia Rose Inn: Great Feedback from Expedia Guests

We get excellent feedback from all of our guests. We are also on the Expedia platform and our guests love that we stand out from typical cookie-cutter hotels.

The Camellia Rose Inn has personality. Our guests love our wrap-around porch, our rocking chairs, our cozy living room, our spacious dining room, our free snacks, our location-- they love everything about it!

We’ve stayed here several times, the staff is always friendly, beds are super comfy and coffee and snacks always available. Convenient to downtown. Feels like being at home. So much nicer than a hotel.

Victorian charm in a college town

It was a lovely stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were accommodated for. We loved the Victorian Charm of the place. It was like staying at my grandmother’s home. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed in many boutique hotels and B&Bs. This one was far nicer than any of them. We've never stayed in Gainesville before, but now we will every time we go past. It was beautiful, comfortable, and most welcoming. Our room was excellent and even had a fireplace. There was a wonderful common sitting room with complementary wine and whiskey and even interesting books to read. The breakfast was the most diverse we have ever encountered in the states - and would even be great by European standards. It was also located a few blocks from the lovely downtown with it's array of nice restaurants.
