Our Inn guests are invited to Friday and Saturday Happy Hours next door at the Laurel Oak Inn.

Victorian Apartments:

Perfect for short or extended stays, the Hodges Apartments and Spat's Hideaway Studio offer the convenience of on-site kitchens.
Take advantage of our discounted rates for longer visits! While not part of the bed and breakfast package, apartment guests can still enjoy the property's porches and outdoor areas.

In addition to our charming Camellia Rose Inn rooms, we offer 5 short-term rental apartments on the property. These apartments are designed for comfort and convenience with:

Spacious 1-Bedroom Apartments (x4): Full kitchens, dining areas, living areas, and bedrooms. Perfect for extended stays near downtown Gainesville.
Spat's Hideaway Studio: King bed, kitchenette, luxury whirlpool tub, and screened-in private porch.

Rent our apartments for a weekend getaway or a longer stay! While not part of the bed and breakfast package, apartment guests are welcome to enjoy the porches and beautiful grounds.

We're here to ensure you have a fantastic stay! You'll find us on the property daily, and we're always reachable by phone or email.

A delicious continental breakfast buffet awaits our Inn guests each morning, offering baked goods, bagels, yogurt, and more. Snacks are also available throughout the day in the dining room.

In order to keep rates low, rooms will be thoroughly cleaned after each departure. For the comfort of our guests, we'll gladly replenish towels and amenities upon request during your stay.

You'll receive your check-in instructions (including codes, Wi-Fi information, and room details) prior to your arrival.
